2. Not Legal Representation
Our consultants are not licensed immigration attorneys. For legal advice or representation, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney. We strongly recommend clients retain independent legal counsel for their immigration matters.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Immigration decisions are made exclusively by USCIS and other government agencies. We make no guarantee regarding the outcome of any immigration application. Past success rates do not guarantee future results.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responding to document requests, reviewing all materials before submission, and maintaining valid immigration status during the process.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBS of America shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
