Transparency Commitment: We believe in complete transparency about our fees and refund terms.
1. Service Fees
All consulting fees are clearly disclosed in your service agreement. Government filing fees (USCIS fees, biometric fees) are separate and non-refundable in all circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Evaluation Phase: Free — no payment required. Strategy Phase: Full refund minus $150 admin fee if cancelled within 5 business days, before any written deliverables are provided. Petition Preparation Phase: Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Prorated refund may be available for incomplete work.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- All USCIS government filing fees
- Third-party service fees (translation, notarization, courier)
- Fees for completed work milestones
- Rush processing surcharges once work has commenced
4. USCIS Denial
A USCIS denial does not automatically entitle a client to a refund of consulting fees. We offer complimentary RFE response strategy review for all cases we have prepared.
5. How to Request
Contact billing@ebsofamerica.com with your name, service agreement number, and reason. We will review your request within 10 business days.
